Here is our character application! It's pretty straightforward, whether you're applying for a canon or an original character. Our application is not designed to terrorize our members, it's about medium-length and relatively painless. Fill it out and you'll be on your way to RPing! And you can post in the support forum at any time if you need help. Besides, I will go through it step by step with you! When you're done with your app, just create a new topic in the Character Creation forum and use your character name as the title. An admin will review it and hopefully approve quickly!
Your Name:Are you legal age to participate? (Yes/No) For our own protection, we need to make sure you're old enough. Again, as stated in the rules this is a Mature site.
Contact info:Character's Name: Self-explanatory.
Any alter-egos:Age/Birthday: Birthday so we can put it up on our calendar! Inner senshi should be around 27-28, and outer senshi 28-29. Tomoe Hotaru would be more around 18-19. Shitennou are late twenties and early thirties, the Silver Millenium's Queen Serenity's senshi are early thirties. Original characters can be whatever age you want!
Sex:Play-by: If you're a canon and you're using a 'real life' actor or celebrity, then claim here, if you're OC, claim here.
Job/occupation: Please be specific. What is the job, what does it entail, and how long as the character (canon or OC) had it?
Loyalty: To whom is your character loyal to? Chaos, Neo Queen Serenity, his or herself? A political cause?
Security (Yes/No): If you're a senshi, the answer is likely yes. Because the senshi are famous, they probably have been assigned security for "conventional" threats. If you're an OC in the government, anyone at minister level has required security. If under that level, you can request it here, but you need a good reason.
Security clearance: Ignore if you're applying for a civilian original character. Senshi automatically have a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Any OC government positions, what clearance level (if any) would your character have, and a brief reason why. If you're playing a government contractor, same thing.
Personality: This doesn't need to be long, just so we have an idea that you get your character's basic strengths and weaknesses.
Family: Just list the immediate family members, and if they're deceased/where they are now.
History: For major canons like senshi, please just limit this to what happened to your character after Galaxia and throughout the war with Chaos and the rise of the world government (see timeline if needed). Most important is what your character has been doing and how they've been fitting into the new government. Specifics are requested on that!
For original characters, just give us a general history. It need not be long (it can if you want, though!) But we need to know the basics.
Powers: This is tricky. For senshi applications, there's no need to list every specific attack (we know the general idea), but for both OCs and canons, I ask that you follow this acronym when writing up powers. Be SMART about your powers (Specific, Measurable, Attainble, Realistic [within the game!], and Time-Bound). For example, the senshi can't send out an attack indefinitely, they have a reason for attaining their powers (a new henshin or years of training/experience), they have specific powers (ice, wind, fire, ect), realistic-- not in our world, but theirs, they're not invincible and they have weaknesses and drawbacks to having their powers.
When giving a rundown of powers, especially for OCs, you must list a weakness or the effect a power will have on the user. Your characer cannot be indefatigable or unbeatable. I'll use another cliché: "there's no such thing as a free lunch!" You can't get something from nothing. Using powers will tax your character in some way.
Past life (yes/no/where): If you're an OC, are you reincarnated from the Silver Millenium? If so, what planet/moon?
